The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room despite my explicit reservation for a mountain view. The management also attempted to charge me for an extra person, even though my infant was with me.

The room was reasonably spacious, it had a multi-channel TV, ironing facilities, and a study table. The location was marvellous and perfect, right in the center, the hotel overlooked street;)))

The staff was accommodating, great to have breakfast on the balcony which enhanced our experience.

There was an issue with our room upon arrival. We were initially given a room without the mountain view we had booked.

What a disappointment! First of all, the lack of closets in our room was so inconvenient, i had to improvise. Then, the balcony was impossible to lock, unacceptable. Doesn't anyone care about safety? I almost thought about giving a good review, but here we are. Quite a letdown in every way.

Perfect match for a brief pause in Goris with good value for money. The beautiful breeze when we opened the windows was a highlight. Check that your room has air conditioning, as not all do.

I had a fantastic stay with the best breakfast made from homemade dishes! The cozy room with lovely views was a delight. Just note, some rooms lack air conditioning.
